A contract of sale is a contract between the parties for the sale of a particular good or property. A sale is usually a transfer of ownership of property from one person to another for a set value. In such a sale, there is always a contract that is established. Often, when the sale of goods is practically cheap, the contract is concluded by gesture and by the will of the parties to make an exchange of goods for money. But when the parties enter into a deal for a more expensive cause like machinery, vehicles, and other similar things, the usual laws of countries require that the treaty be written in accordance with the law or commonly known legal jargon, the so-called fraud law. This is when sometimes things make a sale boring, because the parties have to create their intention to sell something in writing. But with the help of a template, it is easier for parties to put their intention simply with a few keystrokes of a computer keyboard. Buyer agrees to accept and maintain the licensed software and documentation confidentially. Buyer agrees to take appropriate steps, by instruction, agreement or other arrangement, with Buyer`s personnel or representatives or any other person authorized to access licensed software and documentation, to inform such employees, representatives or other persons who may come into contact with them of the confidentiality of the Licensed Software and Documentation; and to fulfill its obligations under this license with respect to the use, copying, protection and security of the licensed software and documentation. The software license and rights granted by Seller to Buyer under this Agreement are for Buyer in person. The Licensed Software and Documentation may not be sublicensed, transferred or loaned to third parties without the express prior written consent of Seller, unless Buyer may use the Licensed Software and Documentation in connection with the resale of flight equipment or test equipment provided by Seller, in which the Licensed Software and Documentation are installed or used; transfer. Such authorization to transfer is subject to the resale or transfer of buyer`s authorization to use and protect the licensed software and documentation under the same or similar conditions as set forth in this license.
However, buyer will notify Seller in writing of the transmission of the licensed software and documentation. Buyer agrees that it will not use Seller`s data for the manufacture or acquisition of products subject to this order or similar products, or that it will not have them manufactured or procured by another source, or reproduce or acquire them without the written permission of seller. . . .
